To everyone,
There is a bum that is running around and posing as a pedophile is roaming around the settlements. Two months ago he was in Kochav Hashachar and then Kochav Yaacov and in Michmash. He goes by the name of Shimon Barda or Shlomoi Dichter or a combination of both. He is 49-50 years old looks good, of solid build, medium height wears a Kippa Sruga or black, light hair,light colored beard that is closely shaved smiles alot, speaks well and does not scare easily. He walks around with all kinds of authoriztions from different rabbis, from Rabbi Gidon Pearl,Rabbi Bochko and Rabbi Shalom Harush. In the case of Rabbi Bochko the authorization was gotten under false pretenses and is no longer valid and he claims to the Mazkir of the Yishuv that he got a ishur by phone something that he about. He claims that he is taking Tzedaka for a family that lives in one of the nearby settlements and he lives in Yerushalayim or lives in one of the settlements nearby. By the way, there is a guy from Itamar that goes by the name of Shimon Barda that sells cosmetics at stalls and thats not him. After a thorough background check this guy has a past as a criminal and has a reputation of a person that is a pedophile. He lives in the neighborhood of Shmuel Hanavi in Yerushalayim. I think that its important to warn all of the settlements in the Binyamin region and if he is caught to be taken by Detectives in for questioning. There was a case of sexually harassed kids at least in Kochav Hashachar and some bum broke into one of the homes in the area.
